Job Description
We are looking for experienced Scrum master profiles who can join us as early as possible. Please find the Job description below and attached JD:
JD for Scrum Master Role :
> * Should have minimum exp of 7+ years to 10+ years
> * Must have played a Scrum master role in the last 2 projects
> and have at least 2-3 years of running agile PODS.
> * Have knowledge of all Scrum ceremonies like, Sprint Backlog
> planning, DSM, Retrospective, Sprint Review etc..
> * Have worked on tools like Jira , Confluence.
> * Good communication Skills.
> * Should be able to create reports like Sprint velocity and
> other metrics for senior management.
Mandatory skills*
> Minimum 2-3 years of running agile PODS.
> Knowledge of all Scrum ceremonies like, Sprint Backlog
> Planning, DSM, Retrospective, Sprint Review etc..
> Working knowledge of Jira , Confluence.
> Reporting like Sprint velocity and other metrics for senior management. Desired skills* Scrum Master Domain* Financial and Wealth management Client name (for internal purpose only)* Banking
