Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in Agile product development

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Act as a servant leader, guiding the team in Agile best practices and ensuring they adhere to Scrum principles.
• Remove obstacles and ensure smooth workflow by resolving team dependencies and blockers.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
• Track and analyze key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown, and cycle time) to improve team efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing process enhancements.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment where members take ownership of their work.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, incremental product releases in alignment with business priorities.
• Support Agile adoption across the organization by coaching teams and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Technology is mandate
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to drive team motivation and create an Agile mindset.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT or software development projects.

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile testing methodologies.
