The management has next to no knowledge and cannot even speak English but still keeps on lecturing the employees and even going on harassing them. Everything. The boss, Manish Mannan will take all the credit for your work, taunt you without reasons, delay your salary and will even go on to abuse you. Their product is a sham and as a result, I had to face continuous criticism from foreign clients. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
