Order Management Analyst

We are export house of Automotive Components looking for dynamic performer for orders & supplier management and ensure that all order management process run smoothly and in a timely manner. Candidate should be excellent in Advance Excel Working, Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot, Google Sheets scripting. Knowledge of CRM, Billing & Data Management. Should be good in verbal & written communication to communicate with foreign customers via WhatsApp & Email.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Quotation Management: Responsible for preparing quotations for overseas customers via customized developed programme on Google sheets & maintain record in CRM for regular follow-ups to generate sales.

- Customers Coordination: Communicate with customers for any negotiation in prices and finalize orders, submit proforma invoice with agreed payment terms, follow-up for advance payments. Timely information to customers for their ordered parts availability status and seek their confirmation to dispatch shipment.

- Order Processing: Place confirmed orders to different-2 vendors by purchase orders and compare proforma invoices with purchase orders to ensure purchase price correctness.

Supplier Coordination: Regular follow-up with suppliers for orders status timely to ensure customer order is completed in defined time. Get information of backorder items from supplier and maintain in customer orders.

- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain database of spare parts for supersession and Superseded parts, prices, and applicable date etc to ensure quotations correctness.
