Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at the Podar headquarters in Mumbai

This full-time position requires individuals with 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition

The role demands expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to join our ever-expanding organization.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition, preferably within the education industry or similar sectors.

Proficient in sourcing strategies and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for various roles.

Capability in candidate screening to ensure the selection of candidates that align with the organizational values and requirements.

Effective negotiation skills to facilitate employment offers and close candidate agreements.

Experience in managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.

Familiarity with bulk hiring and ability to manage large volumes of recruitment drives efficiently.

Exposure to campus recruitment strategies to attract fresh talent from educational institutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the recruitment needs of Podar Education Network.

Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to shortlist potential fits for various positions.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.

Engage in bulk hiring processes to ensure fulfillment of urgent manpower requirements efficiently.

Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to tap into fresh graduates and emerging talents.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and pipelines for current and future needs.

Coordinate with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the company culture.
