Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within a mid-level role, demonstrating strong understanding of hiring processes and strategies.

Substantial experience in bulk hiring to efficiently manage large-scale recruitment drives for multiple educational institutions.

Proficiency in screening and shortlisting candidates to ensure an efficient recruitment process by identifying suitable talent.

Expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job portals, and professional networks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information related to recruitment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software for managing recruitment activities and candidate data.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for educational and administrative roles within Podar institutions.

Lead bulk hiring efforts to fulfill large-scale staffing requirements, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, application review, interviews, and offer negotiation.
