Qualifications And Skills

Active Listening (Mandatory skill):Ability to listen attentively and provide thoughtful, well-informed responses.

Communication (Mandatory skill):Proficient in verbal and written communication to clearly articulate ideas and advice.

MSC (Mandatory skill):A master's degree in counseling or a related field as a foundational educational requirement.

Problem Solving:Capability to identify issues and develop effective and realistic solutions for students' challenges.

Interpersonal Skills:Strong ability to relate to and interact positively with diverse student backgrounds and personalities.

Patience:Demonstrated patience in dealing with students' varying needs and responses, fostering a supportive environment.

Roles And Responsibilities
