Designation :Health And wellness Teacher Cum Special Educator / Counselor
Location:Ojhar ( Nashik) , Igatpuri ( Nashik) , Nandurbar MH.
Counseling Psychologists should be expert problem solvers with good diagnostic skills
This requires a highly analytical mindset and the ability to understand people on a psychoanalytic level.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and Reporting to Inclusive Education cell (IEC) Mumbai for action plan for the school
Using appropriate system tools to identify student issues , needs & challenges
Designing IEPs for students with learning lags
Addressing the emotional & social needs of all the students
Short-term counseling for students
Counseling parents & teachers
Conducting sessions and workshop with Children, Parents and Teachers.
Take initiatives to improve the overall well being of the students
Assist the principal with the new admissions for children with special needs
Organize Mental Wellness events for all at the school level
Skills Required
Desire & ability to work with the student at a specific age level .
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Post graduation degree In Psychology.
Experience of working as psychological counselor

Company can work more on making counselling an intergral part, such that in any given scenario role of counsellor should not be tossed or replaced. Had some shocking experience with management policies due to COVID situation.
