Summary:
Mobility team is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. Working as part of the Mobility it is to ensure we are consistent in (global) process execution across locations, avoid variability in service quality, reduce compliance risks, and have an agile training initiative tailored to address specific day to day challenges. Also, will support to drive the Innovation program across teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Enforces compliance policies which will include & not limited to policy AP 55-68 & AP 1396. Should be able to enforce compliance policies and procedures by tracking actions through mobility tools and procedures by tracking actions through tools.
Should conducts training sessions to raise awareness among employees and ensure that they follow the policies effectively.
Compliance associates complete a range of tasks to ensure processes meet specific standards. Responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with SME's like Legal, GP&S, Tax, Treasury & Geo Compliance team coordination for obtaining clearance.
Ensuring that travel operations comply with internal company standards. Coordinators should identify risks that an organization faces and advises on how to avoid or address them & implement controls to protect the organization from those risks.
Compliance monitors and reports to management of the organizations risk exposure.
Responsible for all Immigration matters, procure required certificates and documents that relate before approval.
Primary point of contact with employees, business and stakeholders. Generate and share reports with our internal-clients and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on immigration regulations and best practices. Continuously enhance system knowledge and communication skills to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Actively engage with customers, addressing their queries and ensuring all necessary documents are arranged and processed efficiently for visa services.Professional & Technical Skills:

Qualifications
Experience:Minimum of 9 of experience in handling visas, immigration compliance, and related processes
