Responsibilities
● Support business in UKG Pro and HRIS activities, including: o User Registration and Onboarding o Profile Updates o Password Management o Navigation assistance o Continuous Support and Feedback o Offboarding administration and communication steps o Uploading and management of employee documents o Research and support to HR leaders for employee data
● Support business in General HR queries related to policy clarifications, employee paystub, hiring and onboarding, verification of employment and document and record requests
● Support business in benefits administration activities: o New Hire management activities o Life Events/Terminations activities o 401k contributions/distributions/account maintenance o COBRA vendor liaison and manage approval process o Evidence of Insurability (EOI) Tracking ● Support business in EDI Management activities ● Support business in Non-EDI Feed Carrier Updates ● Data Services o Monthly Benefits Carrier Reconciliation o Monthly 401(k) Reconciliation o Monthly HSA/FSA Reconciliation
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications • Any Graduate • Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English
