ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
- Support Employer Branding Initiatives Assist in the development and rollout of global messaging guides, creative assets, and branding toolkits.
- Optimize Digital Recruitment Channels Help manage LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and career websites, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Track & Analyze Performance Monitor branding effectiveness, campaign success, and candidate engagement, providing data-driven insights.
- Develop Content & Campaigns Assist in creating social media posts, video assets, and other branded content to enhance PepsiCos employer brand.
- Ensure Brand Consistency Support translation, localization, and content distribution across regional markets.
- Collaborate with Internal & External Partners Work with Talent Acquisition, HR, agencies, and finance teams to streamline branding initiatives and budget tracking.

QualificationsWhat Youll Need to Succeed
- Employer Branding Experience 4-8 years in branding, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing.
- Data-Driven Mindset Proficiency in Google Analytics, Sprinklr, or other employer branding analytics tools.
- Content & Campaign Expertise Familiarity with social media, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Strong Project Coordination Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills Work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Tech & Digital Savvy Experience managing branding platforms, employer review sites, and content repositories.
- Fluency in English Strong verbal and written communication skills.
