Qualifications.
Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring.
Knowledge of employer branding and recruiting strategies.
Experience in using Naukri, Linkedin & other online job portals.
Experience in Campus Hiring.
Should have hired for Tech, Sales, Marketing & other roles.
Ability to conduct effective candidate interviews.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters degree preferred).
