Role & responsibilities

1. New positions hiring New store & existing store, regional employees
2. Replacement hiring for stores and regional employees
3. Manage highest level PQI  
4. Execute the employee referral programme
5. Manage onboarding of all new joinees and ensure on time completion of induction
6. Employee code creation, employee meal enrolment, completion of BGV process for new joinees
7. Stakeholder management, tie-up with institute and other agencies
8. Preferred: Campus connect & train @ Source  

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : Graduation / Post graduate in human resource

Experience : 6 months - 4 years hiring experience in QSR, retail, telecom, hospitality, banking NBFC.
