Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for timely installation, execution, distribution, and logistics of all POSM across all cafes as per the specified timelines. Accountable for updating in-store visual merchandising assets and maintain hygiene standards on a periodically. (Operations & store team being responsible for execution). Responsible for planning and execute in-cafe, outbound, and B2B events as per the established plan. Responsible for onboarding and managing brand alliances at the ultra-local, city levels to strengthen brand positioning. Responsible for executing plans for new store openings at a regional / city level. Responsible for executing plans for focus stores as per the defined TAT. Responsible for executing new initiatives at cafe level.

Preferred profile

Bachelors / Masters in Marketing with 1-3 years of experience
