This role is responsible for playing a vital part in our mentor community. Working closely with the COO, your strategic responsibilities include growing our mentor community, driving engagement, enhancing mentor skills, and creating monetization opportunities. You will also act as the face of our mentor community.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the CEO by effectively conveying the vision and mission through all correspondence.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow engagement and drive sales within the community.
Create mentor-related content with marketing and sales, such as newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles.
Foster strong relationships with community members and facilitate communication among them.
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues as they arise.
Identify and onboard new members who align with community values and objectives.
Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and sales performance.
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events and meetups.
Manage the mentor rewards program and coordinate community participation in LinkedIn Live sessions.
Create executive-level presentation decks using project management skills.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
Familiarity with email, the internet, Apple OS, and Google Apps.
Experience in organizing events and driving community engagement.
