Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to drive impactful regional marketing plans, focusing on consumer experience and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative strategies for building strong local communities through events, workshops, social campaigns, influencer marketing, and more. This role requires someone passionate about engaging with audiences on a regional/local level, organizing events, managing product launches (both offline and online), and working to foster a strong community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans tailored to specific local markets.
• Drive community engagement through a mix of offline and online channels, including events, workshops, influencer collaborations, and social campaigns.
• Manage the organization and facilitation of events, ensuring they align with brand objectives and community interests.
• Oversee the execution of New Store Openings (NSOs) in your region, managing both online and offline aspects.
• Coordinate with regional vendors (BTL agencies, event organizers, marketing collateral suppliers) to execute seamless campaigns and activations.
• Foster strong relationships with local influencers and partners to build brand presence and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events to continually improve strategies and impact.

Financial Accountability:

• Manage costs associated with regional marketing initiatives, including vendor relationships and event-related expenses (BTL agencies, marketing collaterals, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Experience in community management, event planning, and local marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative and strategic thinking to design engaging campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Regional Marketing Lead.
