Gd work environment and culture ....teammates are supportive ..and work process is transparent ...... policies good and allowance paid timely ....

No job security .....becoz of project based activities ... something mgt also doesn't listen .....only hirechy follow due to which communication gap realated issues arises among team members. Work pressure always remain ,...daily work report submitted every week of ur work .....interfere of mgt always remain ....into work activities .
