The company is doing quite well in the time of pandemic. The company staff are giving their 100% to corporate with local hospital and authorities. Doctor send drivers are working day and night to serve the patient in the time of pandemic. The overall experience is excellent. There is great work satisfaction satisfaction. There are employed career growth and opportunities.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
