Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisal are fair and they give average salary hike.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
