Business Scouts, is a start up in HR domain with verticals like Recruitment, Social Compliance, Labour Compliance and Payroll outsourcing. An excellent place for budding HR professionals, will be able to learn from seniors as company undertakes varied projects. since, it a small organization operates in informal structure and offers lot of flexibility in working.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no much to dislike except that it is a small organization so one misses the formal setup .

Work Details

The work environment is based on delivery at times hectic otherwise relaxed.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
