Good exposure to the eCommerce field. Startup like environment make you more responsible and you can enjoy the work freedom. One of the best destination for cycling enthusiasts and freshers. You can grow your knowledge at the max. Stress free working space.

Dislikes

Startup like environment may feel you that you are getting lots of tasks. Less holidays compared to others.

It's been a massive learning experience for me under the watchful eyes of Rohan, MD. Although I left BOTS before pandemic, Rohan personally contacted to understand the situation that I was facing and help if required. The best workplace that I ever worked at!

Dislikes

The biking industry is quite small at the moment and we can't expect much growth in the space. Even though there's massive abrupt surge in products sold during pandemic, not sure how it would look like once the demand dips. Experimental at the moment. Can't expect a higher pay.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
