Likes

Earlier there were a lot of talented designer from IITs, NID, other premium institutes and good design colleges. So it was fun and great learning. We looked forward to meet the team and had a very good culture, good projects.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Bad culture, Management kept changing in the last 2 years, lots of firing, no quality work, micro management, feels like school.

Job security - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
