Arrogant leadership from SBU level to CEO. 14 hour work culture weekends are by default work dependent you will be expected to be ready to attend even mid night unschedule client call any night. if u say no - they will say leavel Abuse - Literally. I was Sr. Manager and I did interact with CEO and a level below. they are not abusive. But put lot of pressure. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool.
