You will get to learn various types of work being a CS. However, 50% of routine work with no new learnings. Yes, there is lot of discrimination in this firm being a small firm, they have clients with less turnover. Also, stating salary is very very less. I suggest not to join with this less pay because a fresher company secretary also deserve much better salary then what they offer.
