I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. My favourite things working at Brew house cafe is that We actively encourage and propagate the idea of Employee appreciation and engagement. Personally i think my favourite aspect is open communication we have between employees and management.
