Firstly there is no pressure about working but yes, there is a culture that no one ask what are you doing ot why are you roaming, what they want is "WORK AT TIME", Either you do 3hr or 6hr the result matters.

Managers often shout and irritates over minor mistake of the team member, creating demotivating work envrionment. The company lacks proper structure and process for handling HR related tasks from candidate sourcing, pre-onboarding to offboarding. there is a clear absence of standardised procedures which leads to confusion and ineffciency.
