Brandman is a place with challenges and opportunities. It is not easy for each individual to work for a startup. You need to sacrifice, to build something, no matter how many years of experience you have, until you are not passionate about building something you can't grow the startup. Most people want to have a cosy environment and9-6 working hours and 5 days a week job, but organisations are not built like this. You must be dedicated, work smart, and put in the best of your efforts. Brandman has grown from a single-brand company to multi international premium brand company. Today Brandman is the first choice for International brands to partner with when they want to enter India. So I feel sorry for the people who couldn't sustain the journey. Nevertheless, I'm not commenting or questioning their capabilities, May be this was not their choice to work with Brandman. Of course, if Brandman hired them, they must have had some potential, but " like not everyone hit a six with every ball in the over, likewise, not everyone sustains the tough journey. I saw comments from many previous employees, and it is a bad habit that people talk shit about the company that was responsible for their food, upkeep and taking care of your family during their tenure. No company or person is bad, it is just you can't live up to the expectations of each other. People who write badly about others should also review his/her contribution to the organisation. so, when someone questions your performance he is generally a bad person, so man wakes up, you need introspection and understand why you are being questioned. Work timing is good you have to do only 8 hours no extra time. Salary on time

Job security is 0. Its business head and company owner has no sense of business. They hire person like all are coming free after they fire like they don't have family or dependsy. So overall review is poor. I will suggest to joiner if they hire you on extra salary still don't go. because Within months they will fire u ...so zara hatke zara bachke
