I can work with multiple departments. People here are very supportive they provide support and explanation when you need it. Management give free hand to experiment with new things and keep floor open to voice opinions. They do trust us to be a leader and take responsibilities.

Dislikes

I have always experienced a supportive atmosphere. Didn't experience anything that makes me off.

Work Details

I take care of brand communication and strategy at the company. This involves working with a global team and delivering brand messages that resonate with company values.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
