The HR department is very supportive and team was well managed by the Manager.

Dislikes

Some team members were into too much office politics, hindering work and growth for all. But it happens everywhere, so not a big deal. If you focus on your work than the seniors take care of everything.

I have been working in Brainvire past 3 years on one project and trust me it's a great learning opportunity for me with flexible working hours. I love the company policy with a flexible work environment including incentives to uplift work enthusiasm. People at Brainvire are helpful and have responsive HR support.
