You will get to learn a lot as you will be leading a project or multiple projects at the same time. You do the designs, management, manufacturing, assembly, documenting, etc all by yourself with the guidance of your superiors.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance here. Infact there is no life, they expect you to work 24*7 if physically possible. Its a small company but still there are dirty politics inside the company which is very hard to believe and hard to see. They will try to buy you by gifting you things instead of giving you better salary so its difficultto change company as your pay scale is low but you are spoiled by these "gifts" that you will prefer staying with them instead of changing company....Read More

Learning for freshers.

Dislikes

I am writing this review after working 1 year. Work Environment is awful. People are conner and split personality. They will even judge you on your daily performance basis. There is no such work balance life. Salary is very poor. No growth even work your .... off. Never Join this company if you get any other opportunities because they will mess up with your health. Thank you
