Everything getting salary after 2 months,no job security,not getting normal leaves on time,work pressure is very high,no working culture,purely politics,no promotions,no salary hike nothing is good in this company even employee cant get proper tools for work.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
