- Only Managers take promotion hiding thr hard work of employees and then promote their favorites. - Hire and fire policy. - All travels are limited to managers(Atleast thats what they say and convince employees)

I would suggest. If you are beginner you can join. But for experienced don't join blindly. Ask the tech stack what they are using ask them to explain the current architecture of the there application. They miss lead you with tech stack. If you will come to know wheather they are aligned with technology what they advertising.

Lying to people with technology. Since they are working on all legacy. No one is joining. They offer good salary with old technology

However, they invest zero time in creating other tools that would improve employee productivity.
