Employees are asked to come to the office 2 days a week and the HR invests a lot of time and energy in creating a lot of tools to monitor attendance which does not contribute to employee productivity in any way. However, they invest zero time in creating other tools that would improve employee productivity.

I would suggest. If you are beginner you can join. But for experienced don't join blindly. Ask the tech stack what they are using ask them to explain the current architecture of the there application. They miss lead you with tech stack. If you will come to know wheather they are aligned with technology what they advertising.

Lying to people with technology. Since they are working on all legacy. No one is joining. They offer good salary with old technology
