The company culture as a whole is nice But it is the team( manager and higher management) you get stuck with. The management makes your life hell or heaven. Depends on which manager gets allocated to you. I don't understand why they are hiring skill less people in higher management who have zero knowledge and all they do is waste resources' time. Employees are asked to come to the office 2 days a week and the HR invests a lot of time and energy in creating a lot of tools to monitor attendance which does not contribute to employee productivity in any way. However, they invest zero time in creating other tools that would improve employee productivity.

I would suggest. If you are beginner you can join. But for experienced don't join blindly. Ask the tech stack what they are using ask them to explain the current architecture of the there application. They miss lead you with tech stack. If you will come to know wheather they are aligned with technology what they advertising.
