If you have urge to learn and you are proactive , hard worker then you will be never short of work. Just learn the couple of years and get out of it.

Dislikes

Pay is really very poor. Management re-org keep happening. For manager you are just head count. Service provider for Germans. Look after for your self no-buddy cares about you even your top performer. Carful while attending paid training if you leave within 2 years you have to pay back !
