Everything that'd come with a company of this scale. Perks like Free food, transport facilities etc.

If you're making a domain switch, you might end up tracking things on a spreadsheet and clicking buttons for years until you reach the point where you forget everything you've learned before. Also these tools are niche and proprietary so won't help much outside either. From what we see it all depends on luck and the team you get into.
