Higher management politics which led to not releasing any products properly. Not good at marketing the product. Work life balance is going bad. Hybrid model is going to end 4 days work model is going to be applied from next month. Good for beginners but not good to stay for long time.

If you want to kill your financial growth join this company. Absolutely zero promotions. Pathetic office politics. No proper architects. No infra support what so ever. Year end appraisals is a joke. HR is non existent. Their revoke of hybrid work policy is a cherry on the top.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.
