I am experienced in C++ linux development, Android Development, Unit testing , integration testing , etc. The current situation in the company is degrading with no future scope and less projects. They are hiring good skill people and assigning them bad projects. You will never get a single opportunity to upgrade your skills. They will use 1 resource for multiple projects. No fair shift allowance. Overall pathetic..because of its name people get hire. Only fool the candidate..and the employees
