I feel compare to other companies policies are good and not much work pressure.
Before joining Bosch, I feel Bosch is one of the best company and job secured. After joining I was changed my mindset, if you not perform well or you don't have any project, they ask you to put resignation or they will keeping you into LPM(PIP). Many policies are changed and also Bosch is service based company. My suggestion is while you joining don't feel Bosch is a job security company.

There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Unfortunately I saw group culture like Tamil group, Kannadagroup, mallu group and so on and there is so much politics that even game of thrones is also small.
