Very hierarchical So many people at the mid and upper management has stayed for long time and getting too comfortable. Lower salaries compared to the market standards

Expected CTC in current market

Hello all, I joined Automotive industry as a fresher in 2021. Currently I am a Senior Engineer in the same company with 3.5 Yoe( 8.9 LPA). I am experienced in C++ linux development, Android Development, Unit testing , integration testing , etc. The current situation in the company is degrading with no future scope and less projects. I am looking for a switch with better pay. How much do you think I can fetch in current market?
