The work culture , work life balance and flexible timings along with the food. They give us breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as well.

The hikes are really really less and its difficult for freshers especially as the hikes are lesser than the inflation precentage.

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Unfortunately I saw group culture like Tamil group, Kannadagroup, mallu group and so on and there is so much politics that even game of thrones is also small. No proper encouragement for talented associates. For promotions you either from the same state or place as your manager or you literally good at licking their a**, They don't hesitate to snatch the credits of your work. If you have career ambitions and goals do not join this company especially in Bengaluru.
