Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

Dislikes

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.

Useless rotten old management, they don't know out side IT world, high degree of bossism, no value for merit BOSCH get 90% revenue via internal sub departments, they are not core IT company, so they take if any need but they don't hesitate to tell you to leave the company if no project, this a big risk in bosch

HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects.
