There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Increment, Appraisal is worst. 2-3% max increment. Too much process for simple task. Currently due to over hiring, most of people are in bench in Bangalore location. Germany Bosch fired 7000+ people. And rumours are they will going to do same in Bangalore location (No projects at all)*
