Very good working environment, a great place to learn and grow. Growth is multidimensional as one gets to know about the ongoing products Bosch is working on through tech fests organized internally and demonstrated by company wide employees and respective departments.

As a fresher entering Bosch, one gets trained well to take up the jobs and responsibilities. People working here since years lack the knowledge of end to end product development. As a hardware design engineer, it is expected to have the know-how of complete module from design to application.
