I could say is the food they provide, other than that I didn't find any other pros..

The company is for rather someone who don't wish to learn new but is fine with everyday work.This company is having reputation only because of the name Bosch of the German company. You consistently work on the same project and there are no overseas opportunity or inside the company.Sometimes you may also need to work on Saturday specially in Simulation..They demand innovation and choose the best from campuses but when it comes to pay package it is not satisfactory..People who are capable to flatter their bosses and not interested to learn practically can join this company..Even people who are working here since 5 years have no scope.....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
