Before BOSCH was very good organisation to work

Bosch is adding more people to PIP. Managers will make you to feel insecure by telling LPM/PIP. Only the people should work Managers will not at work or do any support to project but you cannot question them back as you your limit. If you have proper justification with medical reports also WFH will not approve because your manager should tell ok. Managers are not managers micro management Managers. If you want to kill your financial growth join this company. Absolutely zero promotions. Pathetic office politics. No proper architects. No infra support what so ever. Year end appraisals is a joke. HR is non existent. Their revoke of hybrid work policy is a cherry on the top.

Useless rotten old management, they don't know out side IT world, high degree of bossism, no value for merit BOSCH get 90% revenue via internal sub departments, they are not core IT company, so they take if any need but they don't hesitate to tell you to leave the company if no project, this a big risk in bosch
