higher management and HR department is very good and accommodation & transportation is very good and also lunch provided by company is very good, airfare and medical free, but there is politics in the engineering department, work environment is very good for favorite people as they dont work only they enjoy the company facilities,

Dislikes

there is very warm welcome for new employee but i want to mention one thing that draftsman supervisor power is very higher than engineering manager of the department, (method eng dept) and only favourite draftsman is working there for new draftsman its very difficult to adjust same for engineers as engineers also must follow the draftsman supervisor otherwise its very difficult to work in that company as that supervisor is working in the company since more than 15 years i saw one engineering Manager runaway from this company because of that supervisor, as higher management don't want to lose the supervisor, as he is doing nothing than politics, in front of me Australian Filipina egyption indonations france, few worker resigned and others went on rotation and didn't came back,...Read More
