Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Nothing to be liked for. Worst company culture, HR who is supported by all the senior authorities, employees are badly treated, everything is fake and no one can be trusted. Zero job security and you can be dragged out after using your skills for the benefit of the company.

Dislikes

Illiterate HR, hard working employees are not rewarded for giving their blood amd sweat to the company. All of them are misers at heart and blind to the growth of the employees. No fair policy and treatment. Low level politics and favourtism is their key to retain the employees which are of use to them.
