There is no job security, it depends totally upon director mood, there is more personal work than official, management is third class it differs from director and higher officers, company policies changes according to the directors mood and situation of the company.

Dislikes

Everything. Director doesn't give last month payment after resignation. Director doesn't solves to your query and blames employees for the same.

Work Details

There are more personal work than official. Means we have do all agents works and after completion we are told that it's not our work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
