Micro management. Over intereference from management in each & everything. No job security. They can ask employees to resign at any time without any specific reason, no matter how well you sincere & disciplined about your work.No matter your performance ,irrespective of that they can ask you to put resign at any time. & if anyone really wants to join this company then be ready to loose & sacrifice your mental peace. I worked here for 5 months from Jan 24 to mid of June 24.In this 5 months I obsereved their is no appreciation or encouragement for good work but the management will pressurize you without specifying the need or expectations of the project & they are doing this things for their own benefit. Worst thing in the organization for me is my manager's behaviour. She has always took the benefit of her seniority and passed on all her work to me and also she took unofficially leaves by transferred her work to me. You don't get any training in any department whether you are a fresher or experienced. Fake commitments and policies. My manager won't let me do the growth in the company because she is a self obsessed and selfish women. Your pay will be less then the basic salary and they will not even give you an increment after the time period mentioned in offer letter. They don't even pay your FNF....Read More
