Basically you work only on wood structures which has limited scope in India and this experience will not be considered in other companies like in RCC and steel. You have to deal with office politics for your growth. All lot of politics based on language, region is going and if you are the one who is not good in these cheap politics stay away. There are lot of dislikes like descrimination, politics, religion etc. local people takes more power and cornering others. Too much politics and management culture is very worst. No growth in work and knowledge. Ruling people can take any advantage like late coming, gaming during office hours, talking, taking more break.
