Company don't give any shit of you. For you better career please don't join BMP Technologies & ruin your career. Be aware of BMP Tech. They mention to be on video from login to logout time. which is biggest irritating point. Company don't know what they want to achieve ( just HIRE & FIRE)

It's waste of joining this organization. I worked here for few months and they suddenly speak like they don't have budget but recruit lot of people and ruin their career, they have separate plans on spoiling individual career. The main recruiter (Vignesh) gives all fake promises. The company strength is only 20-30 but they mention like they have 200 which is biggest fake. They try to conduct 3-4 rounds of interview and make all fake promises. They don't even have proper tools. They have very core persons in the system. They fired in just 3.5 months... I didn't know anything good about me. They have hire and fire policy. Don't waste your time in joining here.

They don't value their employees except one or two who are dear to them . They only think of money, always talk about money. They terminated me without any notice on the spot, saying that they can't mange my salary due to budget issue. But reality was different. They will give hike as much as you want and then from 1st day will put pressure on you to give them the assured targets. That's not how a company work. I will never recommend anyone to join BMP.
